Alright, America - I’ve won my fair share of awards. Class Favorite in Junior High, French Club Member of the Year in High School, Coolest Dude in College. It’s only natural that I wonder why I haven’t won more. I have my shot Tuesday night at the Hyde Park Theater when Scissor (Justin York + myself) takes the stage at Frontera Fest, gunning for the ColdTowne Best of Week Hat Trick. (Buddy Daddy and Lovey & Lovey took home Best of Week earlier in January). Adding pepper to the black beans is that Frontera Fest “Best of” honors have escaped me - I’m 0/4 so far. And I totally perform for the awards.
